Recently we made an custom sheet metal fabrication project for customers, the custom metal plate
is made by stamping and used as floor step which is going to be installed on the truck.
firstly we tried with chemical black, with the raw material to be steel, after testing the samples,
customer's feedback is that the plate has been spotty and scratched easily. Therefore starway team
managed to replace chemical black to black oxide. which turns out to be just fine.
